This is a tale of courage of four ordinary women who lived extraordinary lives & have become sources of inspiration.

The film travels through the lives of these women- Kamla, who fought tradition & society to become a barefoot solar engineer; Congress, a fourteen year old who stopped her own marriage; Daili Bai, an animal healer, who has charted her own course in the male dominated society of Rajasthan& Vidya, an ex-sarpanch in a Himalayan village who struggled in a male dominated world to preserve what she truly cares for- the environment.

The film is set in the remote rural regions of Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh, where these women carve out their future with the same mettle and gumption with which they have paved their way in the past.
